In a small pan melt the butter and toast the grits with a pinch of salt until golden brown. Cool completely.
Shake the remaining ingredients without ice for 30 seconds until the egg white is foamy. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled glass. Sprinkle with toasted grits.

1 tbsp. powdered dragon fruit

Remove the cinnamon stick from the smoked glass. Add cold whiskey stones and strain in the cocktail. Garnish with orange peel and the cinnamon stick.
