Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, plus more for pan
  • 2 pounds party chicken wings, patted dry
  • 1 teasoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 7 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

Method

Step 1

In a large bowl mix 2 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons melted butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Add wings and toss to coat. Spread wings on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 45 to 55 minutes until browned and crispy.

Step 2

In a saucepan melt remaining butter. Add honey, Sriracha, soy and lime juice and stir until it bubbles. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 3

Place wings in a bowl and toss gently with sauce to coat.
