Ingredients
- 8 slices sandwich bread or brioche toasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small package (3 ounces) cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Method
Step 1
If using bread, roll slices thin and cut each into 4 squares. Toast for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Mix remaining ingredients. Spread over bread. Top with paprika. Broil for 2-3 minutes. Watch to prevent burning.
