Ingredients
- 2 cans artichokes in water, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- garlic powder to taste
Method
Step 1
Coarsely chop artichokes. Combine ingredients and transfer to a baking dish. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until hot.
Step 2
Note you can substitute chopped spinach for one or both of the cans of artichokes in this recipe. Either use a 10 ounce pack of frozen spinach thawed and drained, or a bag of baby spinach, sautéed until wilted.
