Ingredients

  • 4 (10-in.) flour tortillas
  • 4 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 ounces onion and chive cream cheese spread
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 pound thin sliced deli roast beef
  • lettuce leafs

Method

Step 1

Spread one side of each tortilla with cream cheese. Top with carrots and cheese. Layer with roast beef and lettuce. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Slice into 1-in. pieces for serving.
