Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package (12 ounces) butterscotch chips
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 2/3 cups peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped salted peanuts

Method

Step 1

Microwave milk, chips and marshmallows at 80% power for 3 minutes until melted, stirring frequently. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Fold in peanuts. Pour into 11x7-in. pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
