Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni or other small noodles
  • 2 cups cooked ham, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bag (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli or 1 bunch of fresh
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Method

Step 1

Place macaroni and ham in a greased 11-in. x 9-in. casserole dish. Blend soup with sour cream. Pour half over elbows and ham.

Step 2

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Spread over soup mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with remaining soup mixture and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
