Ingredients

  • 3 pounds country style pork ribs
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cinnamon

Method

Step 1

Place ribs in Dutch oven. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Drain.

Step 2

Place ribs in greased 13x9-in pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour 1/2 over ribs. Bake at 325° for 1-1/2 hours. basting often with remaining sauce.
