Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup Kentucky bourbon
  • 1 package (12 ounces) milk chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons half & half or 1 tablespoon margarine

Method

Step 1

Melt margarine. Add bourbon, nut, and sugar. Refrigerate until firm, about 1/2 hour.

Step 2

Shape into 1-in. balls. Refrigerate until firm, about 1/2 hour.

Step 3

Combine chips and half & half or margarine. Microwave until melted, stirring frequently. Drizzle over candy. Refrigerate until serving.
