Ingredients

  • 1 medium pear, apple, or other fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons quick cooking oats
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • Whipped Cream or Ice Cream (optional)

Method

Step 1

Place fruit in microwave safe bowl. In another bowl combine dry ingredients. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Microwave uncovered on high for 2-1/2 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
