Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cloves
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 3 bone-in fully cooked ham steaks, 3/8 inch thick

Method

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except ham. Pour 1-1/2 cups into a plastic bag with ham steaks. Seal and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.

Step 2

Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Drain marinade. Grill ham covered over medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Can also be cooked in broiler or on stovetop.
