Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 ounces) lemon cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
  • 24 pecans

Method

Step 1

Mix ingredients together. Roll into 1-in. balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press a pecan on top of each cookie.

Step 2

Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes, or a few minutes longer if you want them crispy. Cool for 2 minutes and remove to cooling rack.
