Ingredients (crust)

1 cup flour

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 stick margarine

Ingredients (filling)

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup confectioners’ sugar

1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip

Ingredients (topping)

2 packages (3.5 ounces each) lemon instant pudding

3 cups milk

Method

Step 1

Mix together crust ingredients and press into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 2

Cream together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Blend in most of the Cool Whip, saving about a third of it to frost with. Spread mixture over cooled crust.

Step 3

Beat pudding and milk together for 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese filling. Frost with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate until serving.
