Ingredients

  • 1 Good Seasons Italian dressing, prepared according to packet instructions
  • 4 or 5 mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 good tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 London broil, about 2 pounds

Method

Step 1

Mix first seven ingredients for marinade. Marinate steak for 4 hours in refrigerator.

Step 2

Preheat broiler on high for 10 minutes. Broil steak on broiler pan 4-in. from heat from 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare.

Step 3

Meanwhile heat marinade to cook scallions and mushrooms.

Step 4

Let meat rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Slice into 1-in pieces or thinner if you like. Add juices to marinade. Pour over meat and serve.
