Ingredients

  • 1 pork loin roast (3-4 pounds)
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, sliced
  • Cooked rice or noodles

Method

Step 1

Place pork in crock pot. In a bowl mix soup, water, brown sugar and soy sauce. Stir. Pour over pork. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a zip-lock bag. Add apple slices and shake to coat. Put apples on top of pork. Cover and cook on low 1 hour more.
